Description:: At one time, Carnforth was the hub for steam hauled railtours organised by the Steam Locomotive Owners Association (SLOA) under the watchful eye of Bernard Staite and in 1981 a DMU departs for Leeds whilst in the background steam issues forth from the shed just as in days gone by.
