- The partial demolition of Stirling Road bridge at Dunblane was complete when I visited at 16:00 with preparation of the original abutments to accept the new precast heightening units underway. The two trucks with the cap units are parked next to the crane ready for lifting in and the truck with the bridge deck units is parked in the lay-by just of the Keir Roundabout on the B8033. The safety exclusion zone prevents getting any decent shots but this one gives the idea of the work involved
