Description:: Picture of this afternoon's passenger transfer to set waiting at platform 1, Crianlarich. Set had arrived in from FW and was then sent to Oban hence sitting at the wrong platform for north bound services. Some passengers were clearly confused as at least one transferred to the Oban set then back to the FW/Mallaig set (on platform 2) when they realised their mistake. Not a good advert for Scotland! ScotRail staff on board trains clearly did their best to sort people out.
