Description:: Taken from the bridge over Union Street in Greenock looking down on the Container Terminal now known as the Ocean Terminal. This was taken in February 1985 when a large container ship BREMEN EXPRESS was in, diverted from Southampton because of industrial disputes there. This was quite common during the 1980s. In the foreground are the roads for the Freightliner trains. They were made up into 15 vehicle sets, 5 at a time from each road in the tunnel under Union Street.
